Prices are charged in USD

Once your order has been sent for our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number

Your order will take between 5-8 business days

We offer free shipping for all orders over 120 USD. If you do not exceed this amount, your shipping cost and options will vary depending on your location

If you never received your order, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at doobymerch@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

If you receive a defective order, please contact doobymerch@gmail.com

You can make changes if the order has not been sent, but any changes made after the order has been sent, return fees will apply.

  • There may be additional fees charged by your country’s customs office.
  • Customs fees vary by country and can include additional taxes, duties, and processing fees.
  • Doobymart is not responsible for duties/taxes/tariff charged to customers and these charges will not be reimbursed. 
  • Please note customers are responsible for any customs charge and refunds will not be provided for declined or abandoned packages.
  • You may return your item to 37, Arayuk-ro, Gochon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, 10136 (2nd Floor) by paying the shipping fee. 
  • All sales are final after 14 days. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/order, please email doobymerch@gmail.com with the order number and name so we can resolve your situation quickly and smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed fraudulent by our payment system.
  • Choosing a size is unique to everyone. Therefore, we provide handy size guides for each individual product to make the process easier for you.
  • To find the size guide, go to the product and click on the “Size Guide” link that is located near the size range to get the exact measurements.
